All fees paid towards consultation, evaluation, and processing are for professional services and are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
2. Eligibility Assessment
The eligibility results provided are based on the information submitted by the client. Any changes in data may affect the outcome, and no refunds will be issued on this basis.
3. Refund Conditions
- Refunds may be considered only if no service has been initiated.
- Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
- Processing fees paid to third parties are non-refundable.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
