Western Australia offers state nomination under two skilled migration visa pathways:

Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190)

Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491)

• Meet any additional employment, qualification or residency requirements specified by the Western Australian Government at the time of application.

The first stage of the Western Australia State Nominated Migration Program involves submitting your details for consideration by the Western Australian Government.

Step 1: Lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI)

Submit or update your Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Australian Government's SkillSelect system and indicate your interest in Western Australia State Nomination.

The Department of Home Affairs will assess your application, including health, character and visa eligibility requirements. If your application is successful, you will be granted your selected skilled migration visa.
