What is the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)?
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a provincial immigration program that allows Manitoba to nominate skilled workers, international graduates, entrepreneurs and other eligible candidates for Canadian permanent residency. Designed to meet the province's labour market and economic needs, the MPNP offers multiple immigration streams for individuals with the skills, education and experience required to contribute to Manitoba's growth.
Eligible candidates may be invited to apply through Manitoba's Expression of Interest (EOI) system. Successful applicants who receive a provincial nomination can then apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residency.
