The International Education Stream consists of three pathways:

• Graduate Internship Pathway - For graduates who have completed an eligible internship through Mitacs or another approved research organisation and can contribute to Manitoba's innovation sector.
• International Student Entrepreneur Pilot (ISEP) - For international graduates who wish to establish and operate a business in Manitoba while working towards permanent residency.

The Business Investor Stream (BIS) is designed for experienced entrepreneurs and investors who wish to establish, purchase or invest in a business in Manitoba. The stream supports individuals who can contribute to the province's economic growth by creating jobs, investing capital and actively managing a business in Manitoba. Successful applicants may become eligible to apply for Canadian permanent residency after meeting the program requirements.

The Business Investor Stream consists of two pathways:

• Entrepreneur Pathway - For experienced business owners or senior managers who plan to establish or purchase a business and actively manage its operations in Manitoba.
• Farm Investor Pathway - For individuals with proven farm business experience who intend to establish and operate a farming business in rural Manitoba.

Once an applicant's Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) application is approved, they are granted a provincial nomination certificate.
