2. Employee of an Innovative Company
Employees recruited by qualifying innovative companies in France may be eligible for this Talent category if they meet the relevant conditions.
3. EU Blue Card
Highly qualified professionals who meet the requirements for the EU Blue Card may qualify under the corresponding Talent route.
The applicant generally needs to meet requirements relating to qualifications or professional experience, employment contract and salary.
4. Researcher
Researchers coming to France to carry out research or teaching activities with an eligible research or academic organisation may apply under this category. A suitable hosting or research agreement is generally required.
5. Business Creator
This category is intended for eligible individuals who want to create and develop a business in France. The applicant needs to demonstrate that the business project is genuine and meets the applicable requirements relating to the project, investment, qualifications or professional experience.
6. Innovative Economic Project
Individuals involved in certain innovative economic projects may qualify for a Talent residence permit when their project meets the requirements set by the French authorities.
7. Economic Investor
Certain foreign nationals making qualifying investments in France may be eligible under the economic investor category. The investment must meet the applicable conditions, and supporting documents are required to demonstrate the investment and its economic contribution.
8. Corporate Representative
Certain individuals appointed to represent a company or company group in France may qualify under this category, provided they meet the relevant conditions.
9. Artist or Cultural Professional
Artists and professionals working in eligible artistic or cultural activities can apply if they meet the requirements for this category. The applicant may need to provide evidence of their professional activity and the planned work in France.
10. National or International Reputation
Individuals who have achieved a recognised national or international reputation in their field may qualify if they can demonstrate their achievements and satisfy the requirements for carrying out their activity in France.
